Trips see the Doc

Tuesday was our first Doctor appointment after a nice mani/pedi with mom, she came with me to the Dr.  We saw the OB Doctor and my IVF Dr. Bohler.  The OB doctor answered questions then came Dr. Bohler.  He replayed the conversation on the day of transfer about, "he was only trying to make one".  Then he went on to tell me all the risks about triplets and having them premature, NICU, complications...
When he was finished with all that he said, I think you will be fine and he hugged me.  I thought that was very nice of him, he is a kind little man.
So they upped my Folic Acid three fold, added a second progesterone and some Vitamin D.  He said he was going to be overly cautious which I told him I appreciated.
He will keep me until 10-12 weeks then I move on to a high risk dr, probably at Norton Suburban.  Guess I better get on that and make my first appointment for March.  Until then I will go back to see Dr. Bohler every two weeks.  Next Appointment is March 11 at 1:30
I decided to start this little fill in the blank update for each week and I will really try to do it on Tuesday since that is the start of a new week for the trips.  I think I call them that because of my poker days, I always loved flipping over trips! lol
How far along:  7 weeks 2 days
Baby's size: Large Raspberry
Baby's development: Growing a millimeter every day.  Babies have webbed fingers & toes and are looking a lot more like babies now.  Lips, nose, eyelids, legs and back are taking shape.
Gender: ? But we looked the statistics up last night and it is 37.5% that we will have either a boy/2 girl or girl/2 boy combination.  It is only 12.5% that you would have three of the same sex.
Weight gain: 2lbs
Maternity clothes: Stretchy pants are the best and yes, one of them is a maternity pair but you would never know since I can fold it down to conceal my pudge!
Stretch marks: Nope
Belly button in or out: In
Wedding ring on or off: On
Sleep: I fall asleep great but wake up a lot.  I am also wide awake before my alarm goes off.
Symptoms: Boobs are sore, tired and random starving moments.  I had my only nausea sitting in the pedi chair when I turned on the massager, bad idea.  When I turned it off, I was fine.
Food cravings: Nothing specific
Food aversions: As of yesterday, OJ.  I have been drinking a little glass each day since I found out I was pregnant and I couldn't stomach it yesterday.
What I miss: A glass of wine
Movement: None
Mood: Easily annoyed but I have been really good about biting my tongue
Best moment this week: Ultrasound of course.  We saw our babies, they were all in good placement, good measurement and good heartbeats.  That is a real blessing.
Looking forward to: 12 weeks, I think that will make me feel that we are safe and I can start planning.  The thought of everything is overwhelming but I believe God will provide.
